These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. Engagements themselves are governed by a separate letter of engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

You may browse, share and quote from this site for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy substantial parts of it, frame it within another site, or use it in a way that could damage or disrupt its operation.
3. Our content
Essays and case studies are published for general interest. They are not advice for your circumstances, and you should not rely on them as such. Client details are changed or withheld to protect confidentiality.
4. Enquiries
Sending us a message does not create a client relationship. We act only once both parties have signed a letter of engagement setting out scope, fees and responsibilities.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site belongs to Hallam Advisory Ltd. Photography is licensed from its owners and may not be reused.
